How can I practice vault, bars and beam at home ?

okay, soon I will start in gymnastics and before i need some basic in gymnastics. How can I practice vault, bars and beam at home ? What exercises and stretches should I do ?How can I practice vault, bars and beam at home ?
for vault, work on endurance, run around the block every day and try running short distances and time it and try to decrease the time everyday, for bars work on ab strength, do crunches and if you have a chin up bar do pike ups and straddle ups and swing to get your hands used what a bar feels like, for beam make a straight line out of duct tape or find a line somewhere in your house and work on cartwheels, jumps, leaps, ect., also for flexibility, when your watching tv during commercial breaks sit in your splits. Hope I helped! :)How can I practice vault, bars and beam at home ?
For vault, you basically need to be able to run fast and do a handstand flatback. buy some gym mats (make sure they're really soft and they don't hurt to fall on) and practice running up to a mat, doing a handstand and falling over onto your back still in the handstand position. as for bars...you can buy a set of bars i suppose, or just one bar and practice pullovers, arm strength (pull-ups, etc) and back hip circles and casts (where you are holding yourself up on the bar with your hips on the bar and you push your legs away as far as you can and then bring your legs back to the bar) you can look on youtube for level one and level two gymnastics routines to see some of the things they need to do for the basics. also, for beam, practice walking in a straight line, staying on your tippie toes, and doing forward/backward rolls in a straight line. you can also buy a beam and see if you can do forward/backward rolls on a beam without falling off.
