Would someone explain how I would make a chocolate bar from scratch? How would I make a chocolate bar from a cocoa mix such as Hershey's dark cocoa? I am interested in making my own chocolate candies without having to melt down chips. I would like to aim close to the Hershey's Chocolate bar recipe but it dose not have to be perfect of course just has to work. (a similar end result would be good for dipping strawberries in and the chocolate would get hard after cooling) Thanks in advance.How to make Home Made Chocolate bars?
Sorry, I do not know of a chocolate that will do all of that.
