Some women are attracted to married men. They see it as a challenge. The may not even want the men but just want to see if they can get them away from their wives. Some women actually fall in love with married men and want to take the place of the wives. Some women do it for the sex or for money. The list goes on and on. But some women are lied to by married men. The men say they are single. In any case, I think it is the husband's responsibility to his wife to remain faithful. This doesn't mean that the women are faultless because they carry a certain responsibility to themselves and other people. We should respect others and their relationships. Men come at me even though they see my wedding ring but I would not disrespect the love I have for my husband.
