Smoking is illegal in bars in California. As much as I hate smoking I have to say no. I think there should be certain designated areas where people can smoke but a blanked ban of smoking in public is going too far.
2nd hand smoke regardless of health risks is disgusting, If I go to a restraunt or store why should I have to deal with other peoples disgusting habits by having bursts of cancer smoke blown into my face.Would you be for it if they decided to make smoking tobacco illegal in all places except at bars, and at home?
