poor poor,Paris Hilton,her mum Kathy,say we only are allowed to visit her on tuesdays and sundays for 30mins a time,1hour a week thats all,and we after talk though a glass window,SO WHAT,now she iis not eating and been feed by a IVdrip,god how many days really has she been behind bars?and how many days was she at home during the 45days of her jail sentence?they should add the days she spent at home on top of the days she as spent in jail,other inmates dont want her to leave,they are getting it easy while she is in there, her mam wants to relise her daughter is in JAIL NOT AT THE HILTON.she is out in 5days time,wounder whos show she be asked on first?more money for her to waste,as if she hasnt enough money,but in this case money hasnt bought her out of jail as it, she only do the same thing again.PARIS HILLTON,it say she has to spend 45days behind bars,so i wonder if the time she spent at home counts?
Yes the time she spent at home counts. I agree with you the whole thing is ridiculous. Basically here's how the whole how many days thing went down.



So she checked in in the evening , was in jail for 3 days, the was released in the early morning. So she was credited with 5 days. Though her sentence had been reduced to 27 days, by going home it was brought back up to the original 45. She spent something like two days at home and was credited with that. When she went back, she had 7 days out of the 45 gone. It is policy for nonviolent offenders to get a one day reduction for every 4 days of good behavior, so that shortens her sentence dramatically.
I think it's really good, that they decided that she should stay in prison, not that her prison time will be like any prison time that you or I might have to serve if we had the same conviction.



I just hope that they prevent her from writing a book about her "Terrible ordeal" or her "Brush with mental instabiliy" that second one probably would be about her daily life and how the shops never seem to have the shoes that she really wants.
