I'm looking to get ripped mainly in the upper body region (chest, biceps, triceps, core). However, by the time I get home from work, I'm just too tired for the gym.
What are some good, alternative workouts I could do? I have perfect push-ups and a pull-up bar at home.I don't have time to the gym because of work. What are some good at-home workouts?
Maybe doing some cardio (like Zumba, for example, for the DVD), and lifting weights and buying a bench press.
