Can you help me restore my tool bars?

We have a shared computer and when I downloaded the toolbars they automaticlly went on to both. We both had the same google yahoo and E bay tool bars but different home pages. For some reason the tool bars have disappeared for one user and the google homepage but all the toolbars and msn homepage are on the other as usual. Tried clicking Tools on the one with the problem but they're greyed out so I can't reinstall them. On the other user they are ok and when I click tools they are all set up as usual. How can I reinstall the missing toolbars and homepage, so they're on both users not just one. Can't download new ones as when I try it says I have already got one. So how do I get them back on the both, sorry If I've confused you but if you have any ideas please help! Can you help me restore my tool bars?
