I have no idea how it got there but it seems to be screwing up everything, even my emails.How! can I get rid of the 'Hot Bar' that just somehow showed up in my tool bars on my Home Page ??
You can pass your mouse over "hotbar" and the menu should allow you to delete it.

go to View: Toolbars. You can unclick the one that's there, or go to Customize to remove it completely. Or if its one of those installed ones you'll have to go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall it.How! can I get rid of the 'Hot Bar' that just somehow showed up in my tool bars on my Home Page ??
Take your computer to a professional repair shop with certified technicians. You have major a spyware infection.
For removing Hot Bar go to Control Panel and Click on Add/Remove programs.
Most probably it will have couple of different programs installed over there click on them and hit Change/Remove button; one by one for all links.
After you uninstall go to Search and Put hotbar in for search for all files and folders and delete all the links found for the program.
