How do you change the text size in the yahoo browser tool bar. (home, addresses, bookmarks, etc.)?

Trying to fix this for my father in law. Tried increasing size on everything.How do you change the text size in the yahoo browser tool bar. (home, addresses, bookmarks, etc.)?
The toolbar icons and text for the Yahoo toolbar can not be changed in size. Maybe try changing your screen resolution. You do have the zoom feature (magnifying glass) on the IE status bar and also IE text size which can be increased, but that feature affects your web pages (home page, etc.), not the toolbar. The text size is under the IE View button (menu bar) or the double A in the IE7 command bar. Also, right clicking Tools, you can change to use Large Icons (for IE buttons only).
