How do you train for a front hip circle without bars?

Tomorrow is my last chance to make it on the gymnastics team and I almost have a front hip circle but it is not quite there. I don't bars at home and my house is in the wood so I can't go to a gym or the park. How can I get a front hip circle (without bars) by tomorrow?How do you train for a front hip circle without bars?
front hip circles just take a lot of practice to get perfect. for tomorrow do your best, lean far and spin with the falling momentum to move quickly around the bar and push yourself up. the only practice i could think of is to fall like your on the bars onto a couch or something but thats only if it would be if its hard to fall forward with out hesitation, im working on mine and can get it most of the time but it took me a few weeks to be able to do this, good luck, :-)
