The best answer to your question, truly depends on where you live. And also what you want as for the building materials for your Bar. Wood materials currently has become pricey in my area of the US. Not sure how much additional cost factors for the plumbing or electricity would be as well, but that has to be factored in. Plus any permits for building in your area ( if any )
Best advise is to contact at least three reputable builders in your area and get as I call them 'guesstimate's' meaning estimates, from each one. additional note: ask for an estimated time frame for building this bar.Gathering all your information by the estimates given, is only time invested and not dollars. And on that note, let's toast to your new home Bar :o)
