your going to need to do a lot of body weight exercises along with isometrics and such...
check out Rosstraining.com they have a forum there that might push you in the right direction.
It's going to be a lot about what you eat, you will need heavier weights also BUT what you can do is slow down your reps
I.E. if you bodyweight squat or pullup or pushup go down slow 5 seconds down... hold 5 seconds... up 5 seconds this will help with creating great resistance (you could even do slower 10 seconds down etc)... mix this in with other great body weight moves planks, pistol squats, dolphin pushups, handstand pushups, plyometrics etc and you'll be on your way... there is a bodyweight forum, google that for more help.
