How to restock the home bar?

I'm not a very big liquor drinker but i want to keep a moderately stocked bar on hand in case of emergencies. i'd like to keep everything under $300 total. if anyone has an outline for a starter bar, good recommendations, or any knowledge pertaining it'd be greatly appreciated! How to restock the home bar?
I've bartended a few home parties - the necessities that I see are:

Well:: Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec, Rose's Lime Juice, Sour Mix, Vermouth (sweet and dry)

Mixers:: Sprite (7-up), Ginger ale, Lemonade, Coke, Diet Coke, Iced Tea, tomato juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice, pineapple juice

Herbs:: Salt, pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce

Garnish:: Green Olives, Bleu Cheese, lemons, limes, oranges, lemon twists, cherries...

Wine:: White, Blush and a Red

Beer:: Whatever you think your friends would like

If I missed anything, then you should open your own bar! I'll come!

Take care and good luck!

oops! Forgot the whiskey!!
