You should be eating a balanced diet! Only two special K bars of 90 calories each is NOT ENOUGH!!!!
Can I suggest you go and 1) find out what weight you are then find out your BMI (Body Mass Index) which will tell you whether or not you are overweight, 2) go and research healthy eating and how to keep your weight under control and 3) read up on WHAT CALORIES ARE and why counting them is an ineffective form of weight loss/control.
