I used to have this bar on my home screen that let me add and remove icons from it so it doesn't clutter my screen but you can move it to the side or up top and it came on my computer when I first got it but I got my computer completely cleaned and I lost everything and now that bar is gone. Does anybody know what it's called so I can see if I can get it back?What is that icon bar called on Windows Vista on the home screen?
