My daughter and I saw this really cool AT-HOME OXYGEN BAR on episode four of A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila.

They manufacture them - but the one you saw on the show is not an at home oxygen bar. This was a full bar set up and they start at anywhere from $8,000 and up.

You can get personal oxygen canisters cheaper- but they need refilling. The bars are cool at home for parties because they oxygen doesn't need refilling. You only need to buy the oxygen nose hoses. Hope this helps you out!Where do I start with oxygen bars?
