How can I make a chocolate bar at home with basic ingredients?

I'm interested in making chocolate at home. I have access to ingredients such as cocoa power and butter. I'm looking for a simple recipe if anyone has one to share (and it doesn't have to be like a bar in a mold, I had in mind something more like a "bark")How can I make a chocolate bar at home with basic ingredients?

The best way is to buy melting bars of chocolate. I have bought them from Walmart and they were pretty good, and just recently bought some Ghirardelli from Costco which is meant to melt. I will be dipping peanut brittle in it.How can I make a chocolate bar at home with basic ingredients?
Melt cocoa butter, add sweet condense milk and add cocoa powder enough to make quite runny batter, pour into mold and keep in refrigerator until set. Good luck
