I want to purchase the liquor first and if I have enough money left over, I want to purchase some type of cabinet to store the bottles and potentially glasses. Can anyone recommend something cheap (under 30, including shipping, if ordering from online) that is small enough to fit in an apartment? We don't necessarily need one that has counter space, but a little would be nice.

You can't get anything that cheap. If it was it would be a piece of crap. Save up for something nice.
