So, what do you stock in your "home bar"?

What are your "must haves" (like, a spare full one in the cabinet somewhere, cause you MUST NOT run out) and what are your "exception" bottles, that you have, because you use them every once in a while?So, what do you stock in your "home bar"?
Base spirits:



Vodka

Gin

White rum

Dark rum

Bourbon

Scotch

Brandy



Also, be sure to have a good supply of juices, soda mixers and fresh fruit (lemons, limes, oranges). Olives certainly do not go astray. Don't forget Angostura bitters, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and ice... lots of fresh, clean ice!



On top of that, choose what you please.
I need to have vodka (Smirnoff) available at all times a 1.75 liter so I can be sure I don't run out too soon.... and something other than water to chase with.So, what do you stock in your "home bar"?
Everything is an exception bottle. Alcohol is usually an impulse purchase of whatever I happen to be in the mood for.
Must haves - Bacardi, Jack Daniels, Baileys, Godiva chocolate liquor, Starbucks coffee liquor, Tequila, Vodka, Kahlua

Just because - sour apple schnapps, Cointreau

Cognac, Tuaca, Grenadine, Chambord LiquorSo, what do you stock in your "home bar"?
I always keep at least 2 bottles of vodka chilled in the freezer, and on a bar tray I have Campari, vermouth, and gin (for mixing Negronis), as well as a decent bottle of aged scotch and a bottle of Pernod, plus some cognac or Grand Marnier (to serve after a meal). In the pantry, there'll always be assorted mixers readily available: tonic water, club soda and cranberry juice... Lastly, it's good to buy an entire case of wines - 3 to 4 bottles of white, and 7 to 8 bottles of red - keeping at least one of the bottles of white chilled in your refrigerator.

i like to keep a liter of karkov vodka

a liter of Black Velvet Whiskey
Must haves are...Crown Royal, Rumple Minze, Goldshlager, Jager, Bacardi Silver, Amaretto, Tequila



Our exception bottles are Dr. Cherry, Creme De Menthe *awesome in cakes and hot chocolate*, Malibu *no coconut tho*, Vodka



Then of course we have our mixers, Red Bull, Grenadine, OJ, Coke, and Sprite and I think thats all we actually use on a regular basis



We do usually pick up random bottles of other things too but..just to have em as a just in case type thing
Everything...I have 150 different bottles in personal bar. I like all the flavored vodkas, especially all the Three Olives brand. Make sur you have plenty of mixers on hand at all times as well.
HAVE TO HAVE...Bacardi for me
